Excellent viewpoints. ‘We’ have been organising our education systems in similar ways as we did with our factories for mass production in search for efficiencies and bottom line performance targets, thereby eliminating all ‘irrational’ elements like art classes, drama, etc. I call this ‘classes for the masses’ where students and lecturers are fixed in rosters, clean classrooms and homework. All this resulting in students with a lack motivation, inspiration, who are not exploring their real talents during the most important phase of their lives: their adolescence.
